《朝∕聖》中，一百一十二首詩寫成於二○一一年五月至二○一三年三月間。這些詩是陳黎先後在Word文件檔上以一人之力完成的。有五首（〈五行〉、〈三色〉、〈符號學〉、〈商朝〉、〈新唐朝〉）成於詩集《妖∕冶》前（也就是二○一一年筋膜發炎前），其餘一○七首皆完成於二○一二年十二月二十六日至今年三月二十五日這三個月間。在這麼短的時間裡讓本來尚無頭緒的詩集成形，在陳黎的寫作經歷裡是未曾有之的。
